Upon receiving your email, we will send you a manual request form, including additional purchase information we will need to complete your request. Please fill out this form completely, and email it back to us. Requests will be fulfilled as soon as possible, but please be aware that as we get closer to Christmas, it may take a week or two until you receive your order. Further information will be supplied upon receipt of your order.
